【學校介紹】
加州大學爾灣分校 (University of California, Irvine; 簡稱UCI) 是美國排名前五十以內的超級名校，位於南加州環境優美的爾灣市，離洛杉磯車程約40分鐘。爾灣市緊靠南加州海岸，氣候乾爽宜人，附近有許多漂亮的海灘和景點。並且爾灣市為高級住宅區，連續四年被評為全美最安全的城市第一名。

UCI 成立於1965年，附設語言中心(UCI Extension)的國際課程部(International Programs)成立於1979年，主要為世界各地的國際學生提供高品質的學術英語課程，以及在美國生活、工作和升學所需要的專業語言/職場訓練及文化薰陶。以高水平且深具國際觀的課程設計聞名。

證書課程領域包含國際商務營運管理、行銷、國際旅館觀光管理、英語教學、國際商務法律、國際財務管理、全球人力資源管理、商業數據科學及預測分析應用等等，證書課程結業的學生還可以選擇為期3個月的實習課程(Internship)，到美國企業參與實務操作，結合課堂理論及實務經驗，增加職場競爭力。學生在學習全天密集專業證書課程超過9個月且以上結業者，持學生簽證的學生還可申請轉OPT（Optional Practical Training），讓你在美國合法繼續停留找工作，在美國從事一年有薪全職工作。

UCI國際課程獲得英語課程評鑑委員會CEA (Commission on English Language Program Accreditation)的認證，是美國大學院校附屬英語課程聯盟(UCIEP)以及美國密集英語課程聯盟 (English USA/AAIEP) 的成員之一，竭力為學生提供品質優良的英語課程與良好學習環境。

UCI 設立短期證書課程 (Accelerated Certificate Programs)，讓學生可利用有限時間加強該領域基本知識及加強實務訓練。
＊申請條件：
－大學畢業證明或同等學歷證明或專業領域相關經驗
－國際英語證照：TOEFL iBT 80+ / TOEIC 770 / IELTS 6.5
或完成UCI語言中心10週密集英語課程，達到Level 7

░ 職場實習 (ACP Internships) ░

完成任一 3 個月 ACP 證書課程，可申請職場實習，進入美國企業相關領域進行實戰演練、獲取實務經驗、建立海外職場人脈！
大多數的職場實習在中型企業中進行，UCI 實習部門將協助學生從找尋機會一直到實習結束，確保學生對實習的安排，一週實習時數大約20 - 35小時

░ 留美工作 (OPT) ░

(OPT) 是指持有F-1簽證的大學生和碩博士學生完成了9個月以上的學業後被美國公民及移民服務局（USCIS）核准可以在相關專業領域進行實習訓練的工作許可期間。凡順利在 UCI 完成 9 個月全職課程者 (ACP證書或職場實習)，即可申請 OPT，可在美國工作一年。
